Andrea Aguia wurde in Bogota, Kolumbien, geboren. Sie hält einen Master in Bildender Kunst an der Universidad Nacional in Bogotá und einen Master der Kulturwissenschaften an der Università degli Studi Roma Tre in Rom und ein Diplom in der Philosophie an der Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá.

Für ihre Performance in Hannover entwickelte sie eine Handlung, die sie mit dem Boden verbinden sollte. Sie geht davon aus, dass dieser Wunsch auf ihre hebräischen Familienbande zurückzuführen ist. Aber sie weiß sicher, dass diese Handlung aus ihrem fünfjährigen Aufenthaltes in Rom entsprungen ist.

Andrea Aguia was born in Bogota, Colombia. She has a Master in Fine Arts from the Universidad Nacional. Bogotá and a Master in Cultural Studies from the Università degli studi Roma Tre in Roma and she has a Diploma in Philosophy from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá.

For her performance in Hannover, she developed an action that she should connect to the ground. She assumes that this wish is due to her Hebrew family ties. But she certainly knows that this plot has sprung from her five-year stay in Rome.
