Daniel Häller, geboren 1977, lebt und arbeitet in Luzern. Er ist gelernter Siebdrucker, Diplom-Künstler, Gastronom mit Wirtepatent und Galerist. Seine ersten Erfolge konnte er aber 1992/93 als Comiczeichner feiern.
Bereits vor seinem Studium an der Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst in Luzern (2002-2006) schloss er sich der Performance Gruppe DIA (die interaktionale 1997-1999) an. Während seines Studiums konzentrierte er sich im Studiengang Bildende Kunst auf die Malerei und die Performancekunst (Ruedi Schill und Monika Günther). Er sieht sich als Abkömmling der „Schill-Schule“, deren Vorstellungen und Philosophie von Performance-Art ihm entsprechen.
Als Performer tritt er seit mehr als 20 Jahren im In- und Ausland in Erscheinung. (u.a. Deutschland, Türkei und Kanada) Neben seiner Solo-Performance Tätigkeit ist er in zwei Performance-Duos vertreten: DADO (Daniel Häller und Dominik Lipp) und FE-MALE mit Laura Laeser.
Im Oktober 2019 eröffnete Daniel Häller zusammen mit Verena Häller die Kunstgalerie ductus an der Gibraltarstrasse in Luzern.

Daniel
Häller, born in 1977, lives and works in Lucerne. He is a trained
screen printer, qualified artist, restaurateur with restaurant license
and gallery owner. But he was able to celebrate his first successes as a
comic artist in 1992/93.
Even
before his studies at the Lucerne School of Art and Design (2002-2006),
he joined the performance group DIA (the interactional one from
1997-1999). During his studies, he concentrated on painting and
performance art (Ruedi Schill and Monika Günther) in the fine arts
course. He sees himself as a descendant of the "Schill School", whose
ideas and philosophy of performance art correspond to him.
He
has been appearing as a performer at home and abroad for more than 20
years. (including Germany, Turkey, and Canada) In addition to his solo
performance activities, he is represented in two performance duos: DADO
(Daniel Häller and Dominik Lipp) and FE-MALE with Laura Laeser.
In October 2019, Daniel Häller and Verena Häller opened the ductus art gallery on Gibraltarstrasse in Lucerne.
